Connect providers
Connect SMS (Twilio, BulkSMSBD)
Send SMS through Twilio or, in Bangladesh, BulkSMSBD with a masking sender ID.
Where to connect#
Open Integrations in the dashboard, pick the provider and paste the values below. Nerja verifies them before saving; credentials are encrypted at rest and shown only masked afterwards.
What you need#
- Twilio — Account SID, Auth Token and a From number in international format, e.g. +1…
- BulkSMSBD — API key and your approved Masking Sender ID.
Heads up
Twilio trial accounts only reach verified numbers and have a small daily limit (about five messages a day). Upgrade the Twilio account before a real send.
Tip
The Sender ID must already be approved by BulkSMSBD; Nerja cannot approve it for you.
SMS goes only to contacts that have a phone number.
After connecting#
Send yourself a test message from the provider card, then launch a small campaign to a test audience and check delivered / opened in the campaign page.
Note
There is no shared fallback: if a channel has no connected provider, those messages fail instead of being sent from a Nerja account.
